Troisième défilé : Reitmans. Impossible de ne pas penser à leurs publicités amusantes « conçues pour la vrai vie », surtout lors de la finale où les deux designers font leur entrée sur le podium pour saluer le public.
Prochain billet : des costumes confectionnés par les étudiants du Collège LaSalle et des vêtements de papier… Wow ! D’autre part, soyez à l’affût, car la semaine prochaine, j’aurai un autre billet concernant des costumes d’époques…
Fashion & Design Fest: Day 3 | Part II
Third show: Reitmans. We just can’t think of anything else than their funny commercials “designed for real life”, especially in the finale where the two designers entered the stage to greet the public.
Fourth show: Les Intemporelles (or Timeless in English). This was a very special parade commented by journalist Jeanne Beker of Fashion Television in collaboration with the director of the Museum of Costume and Textile of Québec, Suzanne Chabot. It revealed several interesting facts about fashion. Several Québec designers have indeed had a great influence in fashion, including Jean Raoul Fouré, Michel Robichaud and Clairette. Here are some pictures of my own timeless favourite pieces.
